1. What 4Wheels is

4Wheels.com provides general automotive information, calculators and a free referral service that connects users with third-party providers. 4Wheels is not a lender, insurer, insurance agency or producer, broker, dealer, auto transport carrier or service contract provider, and does not make credit, underwriting or pricing decisions.

2. Information only, not advice

Guides, videos and calculator results are general information and estimates for planning. They are not financial, legal, tax, insurance or mechanical advice and may not reflect your situation, local law or a provider's actual terms. Always confirm figures with the provider and consult a qualified professional before acting.

3. The matching service

• When you submit a request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are at least 18.
• You authorise us to share your request with partners as described in the consent on the form and in our Privacy Policy.
• Offers, rates, approvals and terms come only from partners. We don't guarantee you'll receive an offer, or any particular rate or price.
• Any agreement you make is between you and the partner. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for partners' products, services or conduct.

4. Contests

Contests are governed by the official rules, which form part of these terms.

5. Your submissions

You are responsible for anything you submit. Don't submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful, or personal information about others without permission. You keep ownership of your content and give 4Wheels a non-exclusive licence to use it as needed to provide the service and, for contest entries or suggestions, to display it with credit.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at a scale that burdens it, no automated form submissions, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no interference with ads or security, and no use of the site to send spam or false requests.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, design, text, calculators and code are owned by 4Wheels or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. See our trademark and copyright notice.

8. Third-party content and links

The site links to and embeds third-party content, including YouTube videos and government data. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party sites, services or content.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Wheels and its owners, team and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify 4Wheels against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may change the site or these terms at any time; the effective date above shows the latest version. We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms.

13. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of 4Wheels.com is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
